Last updated: April 17, 2026

This policy explains what data Kelvico collects when you visit this site or engage with us, how we use it, and your rights to control it. We keep this policy short because we keep what we collect short.

1. Who we are

Kelvico is a content engine systems company operated by Build Goat LLC (Delaware, United States). This site is kelvico.com. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Build Goat LLC operating as Kelvico.

If you want to reach us about privacy, email hamid@kelvico.com.

2. Data we collect

When you book a strategy call

Bookings are processed through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the information you enter (name, email address, and any details you provide in questions). Calendly is a separate data controller for this information. Their privacy policy governs how they handle it: calendly.com/privacy.

When you submit the gap snapshot form

If you submit the "Not ready for a call" form on our contact page, we collect the website URL you enter, your email address, and any challenge text you choose to provide. These submissions are delivered to our inbox through a form relay service (Formsubmit.co).

When you visit the site

We may collect standard server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel). These logs include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We do not currently run dedicated analytics. If we add analytics in the future (for example, Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity), we will update this policy and list them here.

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect any special category data (health, political views, and similar).
  • We do not sell personal information to anyone.
  • We do not place advertising tracking pixels on this site.

3. How we use your data

We use the data you provide for the following purposes only:

  • To respond to your booking or inquiry and schedule a strategy call.
  • To produce a gap snapshot analysis of your content if you request one.
  • To send you the specific deliverable you asked for (the snapshot, the proposal, or call notes).
  • To follow up on a conversation you started with us.
  • To keep basic records for legitimate business operations (tax, contracts, and similar).

We do not use your data to train any AI models or send marketing emails you did not ask for. If you want to receive strategy content from us, you will need to actively subscribe.

4. Who we share data with

We share data with a small number of service providers who help us operate the site:

  • Vercel for hosting this website
  • Calendly for booking strategy calls
  • Formsubmit.co for relaying form submissions to our inbox
  • Namecheap for email hosting at our domain
  • Google Fonts for serving typefaces used on this site

Each of these providers processes your data according to their own privacy policies and on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone else unless we are legally required to (for example, a court order) or unless you explicitly authorize it.

5. How long we keep data

  • Form submissions and booking details are kept in our email and Calendly accounts for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after the last contact.
  • Contract and billing records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting requirements.
  • Server logs are retained by Vercel according to Vercel's retention schedule.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time (see Your Rights below).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (EU, UK, California, and many other jurisdictions), you have rights over your personal data. These rights typically include:

  • The right to know what data we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate data.
  • The right to ask us to delete your data.
  • The right to object to certain uses.
  • The right to receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time if we ever rely on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email hamid@kelvico.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site sets essential cookies only where strictly needed for the site to function (for example, remembering your scroll position on forms). We do not currently set advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

Embedded services (Calendly, Google Fonts) may set their own cookies when their widgets load. These are governed by the respective services' privacy policies.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the services we use change or as laws evolve. When we make material changes, we update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you through email or a notice on the site.
